If you would like to submit your film to the Tenerife Film Festival for consideration, please send a copy to us on DVD or video (PAL or NTSC) at the address below. Please include with your submission: a brief synopsis, list of production credits and contact address for yourself / your company.

SUBMISSIONS
If you wish to have your film considered for The Tenerife Film Festival, please send us a copy of the film on DVD with further details of the film (including a synopsis and/or press kit) as soon as possible.
If we have expressed an interest in viewing your film (or if you wish to send a tape unsolicited) the arrangements for sending viewing cassettes are as follows: For viewing purposes we accept on prior arrangement VHS (Pal, Secam or NTSC) and DVD (any region). We can also view Beta SP and DigiBeta (Pal or NTSC), 35mm and 16mm prints can be sent by courier (at the sender's expense) but would prefer other formats. The closing date for submission is 28th Febuary 2009. Viewing material should be insured by the sender and sent via airmail or courier (at the sender's expense) to:

REGULATIONS
The Tenerife Film Festival is presented with the support of the Tenerife Film Commission.
The Tenerife Film Festival has as its objective the promotion of cinematographic art by presenting films of quality and Entertainment .The Tenerife Film Festival is an annual event based in the south of Tenerife with viewing venues around the Island, possibly each film is presented twice.
(a) Feature films, documentaries and short subjects of any genre on 8mm, 16mm, 35mm, 70mm and video are selected by invitation, according to quality, from among those shown at festivals, during the preceding year.(b) The organisers also welcome unsolicited submissions made in accordance with these regulations. The Tenerife International Film Festival is competitive. Entries must have been produced within the last two years.
All feature films in a language other than English must be subtitled in English. Short subjects carry the same requirement for English subtitling, unless dialogue or commentary is unnecessary for comprehension and appreciation. Electronic Subtitles will be made available only if absolutely necessary. In the exceptional event that an un-subtitled print is accepted, English dialogue lists are required.
The Tenerife International Film Festival reserves the right to use excerpts from short listed work for promotional purposes only.
Festival is open to the public. A substantial number of accredited national and international press, TV and film buyers and distributors also participate.
Official or professional national organisations and individuals may submit feature and short films to the festival. Films submitted for pre-selection should arrive no later than 28th February 2009, and must be shipped as per instructions above. All shipping costs of films must be borne by the sender. Please note: it is not possible for us to return any films. Submission of a film represents agreement with the regulations set forth here. It is Tenerife Film Festival policy not to offer screening fees or give comments, reasons for films not selected for the program.
